Excellent service. The team went out of their way to accommodate my allergy and made sure everything was safe and properly prepared. Staff checked ingredients, offered alternatives, and made me feel completely confident about my meal. Food was fresh, well-presented, and genuinely delicious. Dog friendly too which is amazing! Highly recommend. We will be back!

We visited Loaded in Southwold recently and unfortunately it was a bit of a let-down. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, yet we still had to wait quite a while before being able to place our order. When the food arrived, it was pretty average – nothing terrible, but nothing to get excited about either. The service didn’t help the experience. Staff seemed disengaged and not especially welcoming, and our drinks were overfilled to the point they spilled everywhere. Everything just felt like it took far longer than it should, which made the whole visit drag. Overall, it wasn’t awful, but it was disappointing and certainly didn’t live up to expectations.

Had a visit to this lovely place in Southwold and it truly delivered! At first, the initial welcome felt a little awkward and not very inviting, but once the food arrived, everything turned around. The pulled pork and beef brisket were absolutely fabulous, and the savoury waffle – something we didn’t expect to enjoy – was warm, crisp, and delicious. The fries and bao were just too good as well. Honestly, every dish was spot on. The ambiance was amazing, and towards the end the staff were warm and welcoming, which really made the whole experience even better. Special shoutout to the guy who served us our drinks – he’s the whole reason we changed our minds about the place. His customer service was amazing and left a lasting impression. We were lucky to get a table since the place was heavily reserved. A perfect spot when visiting Southwold – highly recommended!

We arrived without a booking (2 adults and 2 children) at noon and were lucky to be seated. What a find. It only has few tables which quickly filled. I can honestly say the burger with brisket is the best burger I've ever had (and I've had a few). HIGHLY recommended. The wife had Bao Buns with brisket and thoroughly enjoyed them also. You have to try this place.

Super spot for lunch, you have to be to compete in Southwold. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Pulled pork loaded fries were super good and the waffle for dessert was freshly made and equally delicious. Portion sizes were large. Good variety on the kids menu, although I would have liked a kids dessert menu offering smaller dessert portions as well. I look forward to visiting again.
