Great value for money Thursday night, fish and chips for two, including a drink of your choice for £25 We sat up in the restaurant which actually has nice views over the river. Service was fine although the table could’ve done with a good wipe over before we sat down portion sizes were good considering the price of the deal.

If you want a fantastic fish and chip dinner as a special. They offer great deals on Wednesday and Thursdays. Although we had already eaten, it was obvious that people were making the journey to enjoy the food and drinks offered in this really nice fisherman's pub.

Fairly quiet when we visited! Sat right by the fire! Limited meal choices! Ok if you like fish dishes! However I had the burger & chips which was very tasty & my husband had the battered fish & chips!

Warm and cosy with the log fire. Quirky with all the levels and service hatch and love the pictures showing the history of flooding. Staff so friendly and accommodating. Well worth a visit.
