The Forge Kitchen

This review may be a little late, but I couldn’t miss the chance to say how fantastic our experience was at The Forge. We had our work Christmas meal here on the 19/12/2025. In all the years of booking Christmas meals as a company, this was by far the most organised experience we’ve ever had. Booking months in advance was incredibly easy, and sending over our menu choices beforehand was handled smoothly and professionally. On the day, everything ran like a well-oiled machine. The staff and management were friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The food arrived quickly, was hot and absolutely delicious. There was one small issue with a meal, but it was rectified so quickly that we were all still able to eat together and fully enjoy the experience. The food both looked and tasted amazing. Despite being a large table and keeping the staff very busy with drinks, we were constantly looked after. Even with other tables to attend to and a full restaurant to manage, we never once felt forgotten or overlooked. Thank you very much to everyone involved — a fantastic job by you and your team. We truly hope to book again for 2026.

The Forge Burger was one of the best burgers we’ve ever had full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The Forge side salad was really tasty, the chocolate orange pudding was fab, the candle on the table was a lovely touch, and the staff were so friendly. A great experience all round.

I loved my experience here! Ella was absolutely amazing bless her heart made sure we were happy with our food, asking if we needed any drinks. Perfectly timed everything! I will definitely come back. The drinks were gorgeous 😍🥰

Cool restaurant with nice decor. Friendly, welcoming staff. Everything we ordered was DELICIOUS, nicest burger ever! Chips were hot and crispy. We were stuffed but had to go for the classic banana split just for the nostalgia!

Came here on Friday night and was a great place. Booked so not sure about wait times but it was busy so I think booking is necessary here. Cocktails were great, we only had 2 but very nice and presented amazingly! All the food was nice we had good flavour, although for the price i think portions were a bit small. Dessert was great too. Service was fast albeit from a slightly uptight server! Oh well still a great place and id come back again.
