Staff are polite and well-dressed. Most appear confident, while a few would benefit from guidance and confidence-building, noticeable in their interaction style and body language.
Communication between staff relies mostly on spoken cues rather than visual signals, which may reflect training gaps.
I did not notice a manager present, which may leave the team without direct leadership.
