Fabulous place, took my girls today and immediately met by friendly staff who showed us to seating, brought menus and made us very welcome. Food came out quuckly and hot with the drinks and we really enjoyed the food. Manager very friendly and we left a tip which reflected how much we enjoyed it, cheers staff of Wimpy
What can we say about the Wimpy other than WOW! To keep a franchise of this calibre while maintaining a family team oriented feel is just incredible! We came in the other day and all went for the quarter pounder with fries, milkshake and pepsi. Then went in for the 2for1 dessert… you had to roll us all out of the door the food was that good! The work team are very efficient, friendly and so polite. It clearly shows they love their job, even behind the counter when prepping food and drinks, a real friendly atmosphere! Thank you very much for accommodating our walk in table it was greatly appreciated!
The manager called Rupy was so helpful and made space for a small group of us wanting to visit the infamous wimpy whilst on a coach trip. She treats her staff so well and we had a good laugh with her and billy the chef. We got exactly what we wanted from our visit, will be back again and thank you
What a treat! Food was freshly cooked and staff were lovely and all smiles. I loved the atmosphere, the decorations and the music. We were greeted at the door and given options on how our food was cooked. Getting a hot breakfast bap made a nice change to McDonald's cold version. Wimpy is now my go to at Felixstowe. I've already booked a table to bring the grand kids on New Year's Eve. We'll done Wimpy.
Iconic British Diner I heard that there were quite a lot of Wimpys in the UK in the past, before the American chained fast food landed. What a surprise it's not popular anymore. As this place is great. Iconic British style Diner. The food is fantastic. That runny sunny side up. Good quality fries that no need to dip any sauces. The staff are nice. Reasonable price. Too bad we have to drive so far away if I want to have Wimpy suddenly.
