Prezzo Italian Restaurant Felixstowe

My friend and I attended the restaurant on the afternoon of 17.02.26. The service was fine but unfortunately we were seated close to where the staff were eating their lunch / food and there was one particularly loud female member of staff who disturbed our dining experience, as we could not hear ourselves speak during our conversation. This individual was inconsiderate and did not care that there were still customers dining who didn't want to listen to her inane conversation! My friend also said that the men's toilets were not very clean.

I was given a gift voucher for prezzo and went for lunch. The starters were excellent, especially the creamy mushrooms - the bruschetta was also tasty. The bolognese was good, although I didn't eat all of it as the portion size was a little too big for me after eating the starter. I'm not a dessert lover but my companion assures me that the chocolate fudge cake was delicious! The service was fantastic and the staff seemed happy to be there, which is a huge plus.

I ordered take away through Just Eat at 12:10pm. My food was not delivered to me until 1.5hrs later and by the time it was delivered, it was cold. I ordered the kids 3 course menu and a pasta bolanaise dish for myself. Once I reheated it, it tasted fine and both me and my daughter ate everything purchased. Definitely not going to bother ordering take away again and will go and sit inside the restaurant for a better experience.

Always a pleasure when visiting here, the waitresses and bar staff are always accommodating, friendly and professional and the food and service is always up to standard.

It’s a lovely branch of prezzo, nicely decorated and lovely staff! The food was all super fresh and really good! Try the calamari to start, highly recommended! I would say the best prezzo branch we have been to in a long time! My first review I mentioned that we often think as a chain they are a little on the pricey side for both food and drinks, I have to amend my review as we went today October 25 and the food has massively improved, presentation really good too! Staff all super friendly and attentive! Added some photos of each visit, thanks for another fabulous meal! The best yet!!
