Authentic Stories from Diners
What really stood out about this place compared to other Italian spots in the city was how much they genuinely cared about their customers. The staff was super welcoming and attentive without being over the top. The service honestly felt like fine dining, but in a comfortable, laid back way. The food was amazing! Full of flavor and served in great portion sizes. Everything tasted fresh and well thought out. I’ll definitely be back to try more things on the menu. This one’s a keeper.
We had a lovely experience today at new Italian restaurant. Restaurant is very cosy . Pizza was from another level😍 full of taste , sourdough nice puffy and crispy. I would recommend this place for lovers of Italian food. We had a pleasure to being served by lovely girls Paulina and another lady(but we forgot to ask for her name)
Excellent restaurant with a huge range of interesting, varied pizzas and pastas. Service from the staff was first class as well, very attentive and friendly. I had the casareccia arrabiatta which was deliciously spicy and the pasta tastes so fresh they must make it on site. Would recommend this place wholeheartedly
I had lunch today at PrimaVista in Bury St Edmunds, and it was an experience that truly stood out from start to finish. Specialising in classic Italian cuisine, the restaurant delivers exactly what you hope for—and more—when it comes to pizza, pasta, and authentic Italian flavours; if you are thinking of trying pizza, don't skip the "La G". The quality of the food was excellent. Every dish was clearly made with care, using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes. The flavours were well balanced, comforting yet refined, and portions were generous without being overwhelming. The atmosphere deserves special mention. Whether you’re there for a casual lunch or a special occasion, the ambience strikes the perfect balance between cosy and elegant, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the moment. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and attentive service. The team was professional, caring, and clearly passionate about making guests feel comfortable and looked after. The cherry on the cake came at the end of the meal. As it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with a birthday treat and a glass of prosecco for both me and my girlfriend. It was an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made the lunch feel truly special and memorable. We will certainly come back. Easily 5 stars.
We visited at lunch time and the restaurant was empty but it shouldn’t have been! Service was great; fast & friendly. The food was delicious.! We ordered the brushchetta, arancini tricolore, and the Pepperoni Diavola- all the food was hot and delicious. The crust on the pizza was fluffy and made with care while the sauce was delicate and the pepperoni had just the right amount of heat. Overall, this was a fabulous dining experience and we’d definitely visit again.
