John and Tamsin Passmore offer luxurious accommodation in your own, self-contained two-storey studio. This is Bed and Breakfast as you've not experienced it before: You have your own little house, your own front door and your own key.
In short, you have all the comfort and convenience of bed & breakfast with all the privacy and practicality of a holiday cottage: Undreamed-of luxury and nobody fussing over you!
The house is set back from the road at the end of a 50 yard drive and there is ample parking.

The historic heart of Woodbridge is just ten minutes walk. The River Deben with its plentiful wildlife is even closer. The surrounding coast and heaths are designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Anglo-Saxon ship burial site at Sutton Hoo with its National Trust visitor centre are within 15 minutes drive. The concert hall at Snape Maltings is half an hour away; Aldeburgh: 40 minutes and Southwold: 50 minutes. We are also within easy reach of Felixstowe and Ipswich.
