- Sorry but the accommodation is unsuitable for children
- No pets because we already have our own cat, Jenny, in residence

Bed
The rooms are light and airy, comfortably furnished, and decorated in a stylish and inventive mix of classic and modern. Bedrooms have TV, radio and alarm. Guest tea/coffee making facilities, and fridge. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Breakfast
Delicious 'Traditional' English breakfast or 'Eclectic' - cereals, porridge, croissants, yoghurt, fresh fruit, etc. Home-made preserves. Most food sourced from local producers - environmentally we are committed to doing as much as we can to comply with the objectives of sustainable tourism.
Information
Secure storage for cycles and drying facilities are available. Lovely garden to the rear including a sheltered courtyard with parterre, pots and benches.
Easy to find location in west part of Woodbridge, on several bus routes and with two restaurant pubs close by. Good access to the A12. Woodbridge centre and River Deben are an easy walk via footpaths and quiet roads.
