With the River Deben 5 minutes walk away and all the major facilities of Woodbridge almost literally on your doorstep, you can enjoy the comforts of home in one of our three charming guest rooms.

We have one single, one twin and one double room available. The double room has en suite facilities, the twin and single room share a sizeable bath and shower room.

All rooms are non smoking and contain hairdryers, coffee and tea making facilities and televisions. While children and small dogs are welcome, we do not have the facilities for babies.
