Both properties are furnished and equipped to a high standard. The price includes bedding, towels, a generous welcome pack which includes fresh supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and milk, plus a few extras that we hope you will appreciate. There is the added advantage of private designated parking to each property, secured by electric gate.
A detached bungalow offering stylish accommodation for two; a sitting room in which to relax with a variety of books, music and satellite tv channels, modern fitted and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven and fridge; double bedroom with en-suite shower room plus separate w.c.; conservatory overlooking the garden and River Deben beyond - makes for perfect dining and a place to just sit and watch.
A two-storey detached building full of charm and character. White-washed walls and wooden floors; underfloor heating. Open-plan accommodation leads from the deluxe fitted kitchen (with full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave oven), to the dining area with rustic dining table and bench seating, through to the sitting area which overlooks the patio garden and also offers a real time camera view of the waterfront (so you never miss a thing when you come indoors). Open tread stairs lead to the first-floor double bedroom; a bright and spacious room with vaulted ceiling and windows to all elevations, plus french doors leading onto a veranda with stairs down onto the covered patio.

Quayside sits on the banks of the beautiful River Deben in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests can enjoy a gentle stroll to the famous 'Maybush Inn', endless coastal walks and river cruises from the neighbouring Deben Cruises. Waldringfield Quayside is an excellent touring base to explore this famous Heritage Coast.
