The properties are arranged around a central courtyard which can become fully enclosed when the entrance gates are closed, but cannot be guaranteed child proof. It has been designed to be a friendly communal area with outside tables and chairs, a BBQ.
Each property has a stable door as the front door and double garden doors from the living area. The summertime greenery forms natural barriers for privacy between the properties. The courtyard is the main garden but there are areas of grass beyond the garden gates. Supervised children may play on the large field adjacent to the caravan and camping area. There is ample space for cars, dinghies and trailers.

Waldringfield is a popular village on the banks of the River Deben, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a pub, a part-time sub Post Office, a church, and a pay-and-play golf course nearby. It lies less than two miles from the A12, offering a rural location yet easy access for exploring Suffolk!
Low Farm is on the outskirts of the village but within walking distance (about a mile) from the river and pub. These five self-catering properties are four-star ETB rated, having been converted from redundant farm buildings to provide accommodation for about twenty-one people. The owners also run a small caravan and camping complex set away from the cottages, and offer a selection of cycles for hire.
The courtyard is the main garden but there are areas of grass beyond the garden gates for visitors to lie and relax on. As long as children are supervised by an adult, they may play on the large field adjacent to the caravan and camping area. Also beyond the garden gates is ample space for cars and even sailing dinghies and trailers.
Children are very welcome at Low Farm but please remember to keep them quiet in the courtyard if there are other guests in one of the properties not with your party.
Visitors are politely requested not to get to Low Farm before 4.00pm on arrival day.
