The Granary is an open plan spacious two bedroom house, set over two floors that retains many features of the original Mill but offers luxury holiday accommodation for 4 persons. Originally used as a store house for grain, The Granary was linked by a gangplank to the windmill adjacent to it.

The Granary

The Granary has both a front door leading from the dining room to the front and a rear door which opens onto a private terrace with picket fence where there is a table and chairs and additional space for small children to play. A gate from the terrace leads to the private garden mainly laid to lawn but with views over the large mill pond (fully fenced). There is a small children's play area with a playhouse in the shape of a mill in the communal area.

We love the feel of The Granary with it's vibrant reds and hope you will too. Relax with our 42" satellite TV, play with the Nintendo Wii games console, play parlour games, watch the stars whilst luxuriating in our shared hot tub or have a BBQ in your own private garden and chill whilst the children play swingball. Of course, you can always enjoy the beautiful Suffolk countryside too!

Swilland Mill is a Grade II, brick built Victorian converted Steam Mill. This comprises of 3 luxury sympathetically restored holiday homes:- The Granary, The Lucam and The Mylen. Set in rural Suffolk the accommodation is centrally and conveniently located via B class roads within a short distance of both Coastal areas (for example, Southwold and Aldeburgh) and Inland areas (for example, Lavenham and Framlingham).
