The owners are not sure quite how old Holly Tree Cottage is, but think it has origins in the 16th century or even earlier, with greater additions during many other periods. It is full of nooks and crannies, is very up and down and higgledy piggledy, and not quite what you would expect.
Lovely gardens surround the house, where you are welcome to sit and have a drink during those long summer evenings. Breakfast is served in the beautiful conservatory overlooking the gardens, or in the warm period dining room during winter months.
There is plenty of safe secure floodlit parking for your vehicles. Although on a main road, Holly Cottage is fully double glazed and perfectly set for visiting all the surrounding attractions, such as Southwold, Aldeburgh, Minsmere, Dunwich etc. There are also many pubs within a mile or two that serve fantastic food and good beers/wines. There is one double ensuite room available, and one double with private bathroom.
