Location
Otley village is about 6 miles from Woodbridge and has a busy little shop with a post office and a pub which serves food.

The Coach House is a refurbished self-contained cottage adjacent to the owners’ period house providing spacious accommodation for two people. The very pleasant presentation of The Coach House makes it an ideal ‘get away from it all’ holiday home and an ideal base for exploring Suffolk.

Interior
Entrance hall leads to a large, fully fitted kitchen which has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, ample cooking and dining equipment including coffee maker, slo-cooker and a central dining table and chairs.

    

Two steps up to a spacious living room with two large windows, both with double glazed doors, overlooking the owners’ garden. There is comfortable soft seating and a television, DVD, hi-fi system and Wi-Fi internet access. Visitors are welcome to use the patio and garden furniture immediately outside the living room.  On the first floor has the double bedroom with a good sized en-suite shower room with WC, wash basin and shaver socket.

  

Included
The owners provide a duvet, pillows, all bedlinen, towels and teacloths.   Night storage heaters provide heating and there is off road parking on the driveway to the front of The Coach House.
One pet is allowed but it must not run free outside as there is no separation between the visitors’ patio and the owners’ garden.
Smoking is not permitted inside The Coach House but ashtrays are provided outside on the garden table.
