Description
Converted to a high standard from Victorian stables, the cottages offer character, charm and comfort. Centrally heated and double glazed, and with high quality furnishings and fittings, they are delightfully welcoming.
A designated parking space for each cottage. From the rear of the cottages there are delightful far-reaching views across our water meadows and stream. There is a lawn and garden area with garden furniture for guests to relax; perfect for watching the abundant animal and bird life under wide Suffolk skies.

Locality
On the edge of the rural village of Middleton, set in 6.5 acres of land, with open views over farmland and meadow to every aspect. The farm is between Aldeburgh and Southwold and only four miles from the coast and heath at Dunwich and the RSPB reserve at Minsmere. With Snape Maltings only about 20 minutes drive across countryside, Rose Farm Barn is ideally placed for music concerts, art galleries and exhibitions, walking, bird watching, or just to relax and enjoy our  peace and tranquillity ,the  glorious sunsets and fresh clean air.
