The 18th century Great Bealings House displays the classical symmetry of Georgian architecture. The house stands in an elevated position on the edge of the small rural village of Great Bealings, set back around 500 yards from a quiet lane, with views over parkland and arable fields.

The ancient and charming market town of Woodbridge is about two miles to the East, with the Suffolk Heritage Coast about ten miles away. The major trunk routes through East Anglia, A12 and A14, are both easily accessible from Great Bealings.
