We are a NON SMOKING house with three comfortable, spacious, en suite bedrooms overlooking the gardens and grounds. Moat House Farm is situated in a countryside location, and set in gardens and grounds of 3.5 acres, surrounded by open farm land. Sorry, no children, no pets, no smoking.

Lying halfway between the towns of Aldeburgh and Framlingham, we are ideally situated for visiting the many interesting and popular towns and villages of the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Guests are very welcome to wander in the garden and grounds.
