Bedroom two - with two single divans, bedside cabinet and lamp, chest, easy chairs, night storage heater. Front door onto large courtyard.
Cloakroom - with WC and wash hand basin.

Bedroom three - with two single divans, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe, large chest and chairs.
Lounge - a large comfortably furnished room with views over the new lifeboat station, beach and sea. there are ample easy chairs, settee, coffee tables and lamps. Television, video, DVD player and electric fire. Telephone.
Bathroom - with bath and shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC and bidet.
Outside - there is a large enclosed courtyard facing Crag Path with parking for up to four cars. Garden chairs.
Use of telephone - calls payable by tenant (owner receiving monthly bills)
No pets. Services October-April. This property is suitable for those who appreciate an older style house.
Aldeburgh offers a selection of shops in the High Street, including a Post Office, small supermarket, newsagents, fish and chip shops, bakers, wine shop. And various restaurants and public houses, where you can eat.
Recreational facilities include sailing on the River Alde at Slaughden, golf courses in Aldebrugh and Thorpeness, the meare Boating Lake at Thorpeness, and tennis courts in Park road, Aldebrugh. There is also a swimming pool at the Leiston Sports Centre.
