From Alde Lane pedestrian access is by a path which serves 7, 9 and 11. This leades through to number 9 with a seat and table in the front garden. A gate in the wall leads to a private lawn, borders and access to the parking area.

Half glazed front door to:- KITCHEN with gas oven, hob, hood extractor fan, microwave, fridge and toaster. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold mixer tap.

Full gas fired central heating. Car parking for one car accessed through the archway between numbers 17 and 19 Alde Lane (See small central picture above). This leads to the parking area on the gravel and to the right of the garages. A gate leads to the rear garden of number 9.

Services charged in addition to the rent during the winter months October to March inclusive. Dogs allowed.
