52 Crag Path is a terraced house superbly situated on the seafront for a delightful and varied self catering holiday.

The accommodation is on three floors, with magnificent views over the beach and sea from the three front rooms. It is situated 300 yards from the High Street with its shops, cinema, buses, cafes and restaurants. Within a couple of miles are two yacht clubs on the River Alde and two golf clubs. Public tennis courts are nearby. At Thorpeness there is a meare for children's sailing and rowing. About 15 minutes drive away is the Maltings Concert Hall and Britten Pears Music School and Art Centre. There are sandy beaches at Dunwich and Walberswick, also at Minsmere, which is famous for bird watching.

The house consists of two living rooms, three double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and cloakroom.

Equipped with a fridge., washing machine, gas cooker - gas bolier for the central heating (gas is separately charged). Dishwasher. Microwave.

The house sleeps six with a further two possible in the sitting room double sofa-bed - Infants are not permitted as no cot or high chair is provided.
