A middle terraced Victorian self catering cottage located to the southern end of the High Street, and within a minute's walk of the shops, beach and sea.

Aldeburgh has a variety of shops including a supermarket, butchers, newsagents, banks, fish and chip shops, cinema and a good selection of restaurants, hotels and pubs. Recreational facilities include sailing on the River Alde at Slaughden, golf courses in Aldebrugh and Thorpeness, the meare Boating Lake at Thorpeness, and tennis courts in Park road, Aldebrugh. There is also a swimming pool at the Leiston Sports Centre.
